Due to continued growth, our client, a global manufacturing organisation, based in Northern Ireland, have a requirement for an engineering manager – operations to lead & work with with the manufacturing teams and ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.
Candidates should have 5+ years experience of experience of
- a fast paced manufacturing environment
- lead & driving lean engineering
- develop and improve manufacturing and assembly processes
- drive operational excellence
- establish and work towards manufacturing readiness levels (MRL)
- lead & manage a team of engineers
- develop & set budgets
- work across a number of departments
- Experience of aerospace manufacturing & procedures
