Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, have a requirement for maintenance manager to lead and manage a multi-skilled facilities infrastructure:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and manage maintenance activities in a multiskilled manufacturing environment
- create maintenance schedules & work requests
- increase operational effectiveness & contribute to reducing down time
- implement improvement plans
- lead and manage maintenance teams & external contract staff and provide technical expertise
- have experience of creating and managing a best practice operational management strategy
- have experience of continuous improvement
- have experience developing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
- develop and manage KPI’s
- Excellent leadership and man management skills
