Our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation, have a requirement for a production supervisor to work within a multi-skilled team, at their facility close to Belfast.
Candidates should have experience of
- working in a machine tooling environment
- experience from a fast moving manufacturing environment
- ability to manage high performing teams
- proven problem solving experience
- experience managing quality systems & teams
- managing teams, KPI’s and quality audits & non-conformance reporting
- developing strategy to achieve business goals
- customer focused – ability to engage with internal & external customers
